In addition to representing corporate clients and real estate management firms in a variety of real estate and real estate related matters, Mr. Horwitz brings to the firm the additional expertise of handling real estate involved in bankruptcy and work out situations, having been a guest lecturer to the bar on various aspects of bankruptcy law and practice.
Michael S. Horwitz, has been engaged in the practice of law for the past 23 years. As a litigator, as well as commercial and corporate counsel. His prime focus has been real estate and real estate management. For over eight years he was Managing Partner of Williamson & Horwitz, our predecessor firm. His experience in the profession is broad and diverse. He has been instrumental in the formation and consolidation of various forms of business entities, represented creditors and debtors in bankruptcy, and engaged in federal and state litigation which has run the gamut from commercial contract claims to personal and commercial tort claims to defamation and copyright infringement actions.
